Adding Additional Users to your Billing Account

Users can manage your billing accounts with granular permissions.

Your Monarx Billing Account offers the ability to nominate additional users who may log in to assist in managing your financial relationship with Monarx.

If your user does not require account access, add them as a Contact instead.

Managing Users is very easy. You can manage your users here or by navigating via the Hello, [Name]! menu and clicking User Management.

User Management

The User Management table allows you to manage current users in your account. There are 2 options available to you.

  1. Manage Permissions
    This button allows you to define on a granular level what a user can or cannot do for your organisations Billing Account.

  2. Remove Access
    This button will immediately revoke access to a user whom you decide should no longer have access to your account. This is reversible by re-inviting them as a user at a later date.

Invite New User

This area is self-explanatory. It will allow you to invite a new user to your Billing Account.

All you need to do is provide the users email address. After this, select All Permissions or Choose Permissions to define what a user can and cannot do in your account.

Available Permissions

  1. Modify Master Account Profile - Access and modify the client profile information

  2. View & Manage Contacts - Access and manage contacts

  3. View Products & Services - View access to products, services and addons

  4. View & Modify Product Passwords - Allow password resets and other actions

  5. Perform Single Sign-On - Allow single sign-on into services

  6. View Domains - View access to domain registrations

  7. Manage Domain Settings - Allow domain management eg. nameservers/whois/transfers

  8. View & Pay Invoices - View and payment access to invoices

  9. View & Accept Quotes - View and acceptance permissions for quotes

  10. View & Open Support Tickets - Access to open, respond and manage support tickets

  11. View & Manage Affiliate Account - Access to view and request withdrawals

  12. View Emails - Access to view account email history

  13. Place New Orders/Upgrades/Cancellations - Allow placing of new orders
