Manage those who receive notifications related to your Monarx Billing Account.

Your Monarx Billing Account provides the opportunity to have one or more contacts added to your account. These contacts do not have access to log in to your account but can be configured to receive various notifications about your account via email such as invoices.

If your contact requires account access, add an additional user instead.

You can manage your account contacts by logging in and clicking here. Alternatively, navigate via the Hello [Name]! menu and select Contacts.

From this interface, you can add or edit existing contacts and update or remove notifications they should receive. Once they have been added, the relevant notifications will begin to deliver immediately as and when required.
