This guide shows you how to reset your password for app.monarx.com if you've forgotten it or can't log in.
Prerequisites
Access to the email address associated with your Monarx account.
Steps
1. Go to the login page
Navigate to https://app.monarx.com/.
2. Click "Forgot Password"
On the login page, click the Forgot Password link. This takes you to https://app.monarx.com/forgot.
3. Enter your email and request a reset
On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address associated with your Monarx account, then click Reset.
You should see a success page confirming the request and instructing you to check your email to complete the reset.
4. Check your email
Look for a password reset email from Monarx. Open it and click the reset link inside.
5. Set your new password
The link takes you to a page where you can set a new password for your account. Enter and confirm your new password to complete the reset.
Verify It Worked
Return to https://app.monarx.com/ and log in with your new password.
Common Issues
No email arrives: Check your spam/junk folder. Confirm you entered the email address associated with your Monarx account. Checking with your Email Administrator as it could have been filtered.
Reset link expired or already used: Reset links are single-use and time-limited. Return to the Forgot Password page and request a new one.
Still can't log in after resetting: Confirm Caps Lock is off and there's no trailing whitespace copied into the password field.
