What Does "Unlock This Powerful Feature" Mean?

If you see a message saying "Unlock this powerful feature" on a module in the Monarx web app, this article explains what it means and how to get access.

Symptoms

  • A module or section of app.monarx.com shows "Unlock this powerful feature" instead of the normal content.

  • This can appear on different modules/services across the web app.

Cause

Monarx offers modular controls — we enable the specific services an account contracts for, rather than turning everything on by default. This message means the feature or service isn't part of your account's existing contract, so it isn't enabled. It requires manual activation from our Customer Success or Sales team; it isn't something that can be turned on from within the app itself.

Solution

If you're an existing customer

Contact Monarx Customer Success and request activation of the specific service shown in the message.

If you're on a Free Trial or evaluating Monarx

Contact your Account Executive. They can activate the service for your trial and walk you through an overview and pricing.
